IMF: Russian avg gas price on German border falls 30% in 2015

MOSCOW, Feb 10 (PRIME) -- The average contract price of Russian gas sold on the German border fell 30.2% to U.S. $263 for 1,000 cubic meters in 2015, the Economic Development Ministry quoted the International Monetary Fund (IMF) as saying on Wednesday.

The ministry said that gas exports grew 5% to 182.9 billion cubic meters driven by higher supplies to non-CIS countries by 12.8% to 142.4 billion cubic meters. The share of exports in the output reached 28.9%.

The output of natural and associated gas went down 1.4% to 633.4 billion cubic meters, the ministry said.
